Every transaction has been seamless and perfect, and we appreciate the outstanding level of customer service that Pat and his team deliver every time.
  Pat is very considerate, friendly and helpful, and he goes above and beyond to make sure that all of our orders are perfect. Kristine also provides outstanding customer service every time. She has helped me with the layout and design on everything from travel mugs to UnderArmour hoodies.

  We had had the opportunity to work with Pat Doyle at Proforma. Pat has always been helpful and goes above and beyond to ensure products are provided when needed. An example of this, was when we needed sanitizers as our stock was low. The timeline was very short and we were fearful of not getting the product on time. Pat not only ensured we received the product on time, her personally delivered it to our office.! That is true customer service, and customer satisfaction!   I ordered a OWHA provincials hoodie for my daughter, which did not arrive in time for the tournament and was missing the jersey # and team logo as I had ordered it. They contacted me a few days later and provided a full explanation and remedied the situation very kindly under the circumstances. It is heart-warming to deal with people who truly understand how the customer feels and are so willing to make things right. Kudos to the team!
